There are many items which can easily available in your home such as lemon, baking soda, orange etc which are less costly then the chemical products like toothpaste which you get from market.

1. Use of baking soda- Baking soda is that product which is easily getable and economical too. Just take some baking soda, add a few drops of water into it and when paste is formed apply onto your teeth for couple of minutes. You can see its result within few weeks
2. If you can not tolerate baking soda, there are some more tips for you. Use lemon and salt as teeth whitening artifact. Add equal amount of salt and lemon to make paste like solution rub all over on your teeth and you can see the result very soon.
3. You can also use orange peel as teeth whitener and can include this in your home made teeth whitening kit. Just use the pulpy part of orange that is white portion, apply on your yellowish area of teeth and you will love to see your teeth after two weeks.
4. You can also use apple cider vinegar and employ as mouthwash and thus for teeth whitening. Just apply all over your teeth for some time after that add a pinch of baking soda and salt. Combination of these four products gives you result very fast.
